  • Meet the requirement for one of the programs listed below.
  • You may not have a job offer but you must register with job bank in Canada to connect with employers looking for skills similar to yours.

  • Your language test results should be less than 2 years old.
  • You must get your Education Credential assessment done for foreign qualification which is valid for a maximum period of 5 years.

Highlights of Canada Express Entry

  • If you meet their Economic Program Eligibility or Express Entry Eligibility requirements then you have to create online profile based on your age, marital status, education, work experience, English proficiency and adaptability. This profile is created free of cost.
  • Once the online profile gets created it is submitted and is ranked against other candidates under comprehensive ranking system (CRS). CRS has total 1200 points and candidates are invited based on their score.
  • Invitation draws are held regularly and candidates with higher ranks receive the invitation to apply.
  • If you receive the invitation, you have to submit the complete application within 60 days.
  • On submission, your application will be processed within six month’s timeframe.

    Federal Skilled Worker program is a point based system where you need score 67 points and your occupation should be in NOC 0, A or B.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    You should score minimum 67 out of 100 points
    You should have continuous full time work experience with a minimum 1560 hours of work with 30 hrs per week for a work qualified under NOC skill type (0, A or B)
    The work experience can’t be more than 10 years old, and
    You must be able to prove that you were a paid worker.
    You must meet minimum IELTS language requirement CLB level 7.
    You must have either Canadian education or, in case of foreign education, an ECA report (Educational Credential Assessment) issued by an authorized Canadian agency.

    Canadian Experience Class

    Quebec Selected Skilled Worker Program

     

    Quebec which is being Located on East of Canada has completely different identity in Canada. Quebec City and Montreal are quite popular places. Quebec has completely different procedure for selection of the skilled worker. Every year more than 45000 candidate receives selection from Quebec. Foreign national who are very much  interested in immigrating to Quebec will have to first apply to the Government of Quebec for a certificate of selection (CSQ), once they receive CSQ, CSQ application is to be submitted to CIC along with Quebec Selection Certificate.

    The Minimum passing points is 55 in case of single applicant and 69 for married applicants.

    Family Sponsorship Visa

     

    Family sponsorship visa it basically allows you to be Permanent Residents of Canada and Citizens of Canada so that they can sponsor their spouse, children and parents.

          • Your sponsor should meet the financial criteria of having minimum finances
          • Your sponsor should give in writing that he or she will be support their spouse for about 3 years financially by bearing all the expenses meeting every requirement and for children 10 years or till the age of 25 years whichever is earlier
          • Your sponsor must not be sponsored by his or her spouse previously within the last 5 years

    Provincial Nominee Program

     

    Canadian consists of provinces and each province has its separate immigration categories and programs. Each participating province has there own nomination guidelines. Candidates who are aspire to apply for PNP should first check the eligibility criteria for each province. If they are meeting the desired criteria then they can apply for Provincial Nomination.

    Provincial Nomination means candidate is found suitable only for a particular category of program in that province. The final decision to grant permanent resident to the provincial nominee applicant rests with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). There are several ways to get nomination from the province such as skilled worker with employment offer, business and entrepreneur category, international student category,  are few of them.     ONTARIO NOMINEE PROGRAM

    SASKATCHEWAN IMMIGRANT NOMINEE PROGRAM

    Saskatchewan offers variety of different categories for international students studying in Saskatchewan or in Canada.
